BHI India aims to provide an international learning experience by inviting Makeup and Hair Artists from over 18 countries, including the US, UK, Germany, Spain, Canada, Australia, and others, to share their expertise with our students. We also offer up to 25 portfolio photoshoots, designed to help you build a portfolio and explore opportunities in the industry.

What courses are available at BHI India?

Our courses are designed to cover a wide range of techniques and styles, from basic to advanced levels. Topics may include Natural Bridal, Party, Glamour, Fashion, Airbrush, Arabic, HD makeup, SFX (Special Effects), Men’s makeup, and more. We also provide insights into marketing strategies that may help in establishing a career in the makeup and hair industry.

Is the training practical or theoretical?

Our training is primarily focused on practical skills to help prepare students for various aspects of the industry. The aim is to provide hands-on experience that may be useful in professional settings.

Who provides the training?

The training is conducted by various Makeup and Hair Artists from around the world. These artists have been invited to share their knowledge and skills with our students.

What costs should I anticipate for the course?

The course fee is currently set at ₹297,360 (approximately ₹300,000). In addition, a budget of around ₹90,000 for a makeup and hair kit is recommended, making the overall estimated cost approximately ₹390,000.

Is accommodation available for out-of-town students?

We understand the needs of out-of-town students and aim to provide guidance on finding suitable accommodation near the academy. We can connect students with local contacts or brokers to help find options that are conveniently located and within their budget.

Are installment payment options offered?

We currently provide an option to pay 50% of the fee upon enrollment and the remaining 50% before the course begins. The cost of the makeup and hair kit is to be paid directly to the vendor.

Are there any discounts available on products?

While we cannot guarantee discounts, we have collaborated with various vendors who may offer preferential pricing to our students. Any savings or benefits are typically handled directly between the students and the vendors.

Do I need to bring a model for practice sessions?

No, students are not required to bring models for regular practice sessions. However, for portfolio photoshoots included in the program, students will need to arrange for their own models. The model can be someone known to the student or found via social media platforms. We also maintain a database of potential models who may be available for collaboration.

What are the course timings and duration?

The course generally runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, over a period of approximately 6 weeks. These details are subject to change, and students will be notified in advance of any adjustments.

Will portfolio photoshoots be included in the course?

Our program currently includes opportunities for portfolio photoshoots, which are designed to help students build a professional portfolio that may be beneficial in pursuing various career paths.

What career opportunities might be available after completing the course?

While we do not guarantee specific outcomes, many of our students have pursued careers in fields such as bridal makeup, ad films, OTT platforms, and fashion. Some have worked with notable clients, including celebrities and top designers.

Is there support available after completing the course?

We endeavor to maintain a supportive relationship with our students even after the course ends. This may include mentorship and guidance to help navigate the industry.

Are discounts on fees available?

We maintain a standard fee structure for all students to ensure fairness and consistency. As such, there are no discounts on course fees.
